Description

~ Circa/Date: 1950s

~ Details:  Two style variation BLOUSE

(A lovely example of this blouse can be seen in the pictures. Made by one of our customers in one of our 1930s fabrics called “Adventure”. The sewer improvised in the front opening of this blouse by increasing the opening length, adding two ties and not using turn ups on the sleeve ends. A beautiful example of a 1930s print on a 1950s blouse. It’s great to see a sewer change certain things about a vintage pattern to suit their own design, anyone can do this! You can add and take away from patterns, and this is the beginning of design thinking for any sewer!)
