(Though this pattern does not stipulate Waist and Hip measurements, I have gone through many of my other patterns of the same period and looked at the standard measurements. I would expect on this pattern for the waist to be 30″ and hips 39″. That is the most common measurement coming up on all my other patterns of early-to-mid 1940s, particularly WW2 period).
