~ Information on attached picture –  One of my regular big buyers of our patterns is a lady called Karen. A very established dressmaker who is always making vintage inspired clothes and attends many vintage events throughout the UK. Karen kindly allowed us to use these pictures of her in this dress that she made from this pattern.Karen has now made three of these dresses and sold two of them. From the picture you can see Karen and her friend wearing the same dress in different fabrics and a slight change to the sleeve edging on one of the dresses. Dress takes a minimal amount of fabric (2.5 meters) costing her about £17.50 on each dress. She splashed out about £5 on Bakelite Glass Vintage Buttons. Karen says, “If I could only keep one pattern EVER, it would be this dress. Even as a well built tall size 14, this dress makes me feel fab and slim”. A SUPERB result of this dress and I love the 1930s styled fabric prints used, a great choice for the 1930s era!
