✦ Details: DRESS By Designer Norman Hartnell (Designer to the Queen of England – Norman Hartnell made Queen Elizabeth’s wedding gown and coronation gown in 1953. From 1930 until 1963, Hartnell designed costumes for 21 films, including “Suddenly Last Summer” in 1960). A highly respected and renowned designer particularly throughout the 1950s and for most of his entire career. It was a well know fact that Hartnell was Queen Elizabeth’s favorite designer!
