RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept exchanges on patterns (not on fabrics). Buyer is responsible for the shipping of returned patterns for exchange, and also shipping cost for the exchanged pattern to be dispatched.
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship or post items back within: 14 days of delivery
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping or postal costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We DO NOT accept cancellations on patterns, due to the fact that once an order reaches us it is automatically sent to the printers and we are charged for the printing process of that order.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE NOTE:
By purchasing from us, you are therefore committed and liable to pay any TAX or CUSTOM DUTY that is called for in your country. If a buyer decides not to pay any TAX or CUSTOMS DUTY that is called for on their order once it arrives in their country, there will be no cancellation or refund given by us.
Payment of TAX or CUSTOMS DUTY is the responsibility of the buyer, if called for. If payment is not made, or the buyer refuses to pay the TAX or CUSTOMS DUTY on their order, the order will be returned to us. If any orders are returned to us, shipping cost will need to be paid again by the buyer if they require their order to be re-sent. If the buyer decides they do not wish for the order to be resent, there will be NO CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS given.
We DO NOT accept returns or cancellations on FABRICS.

PROCESSING TIME
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies and depends on the demand of orders reaching us.
ESTIMATED DISPATCH and SHIPPING TIMES apply to all of our customers WORLDWIDE
Due to very high demands, we have a 7-14 day dispatch time, after payment made, however we normally manage to get orders out within 5-8 days depending on how busy we are. Fabrics can be sent out much quicker. For urgent orders please contact as we try to get them out within 24 hours after payment made.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping, and please understand that once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier it is then out of our control.
Should any order get lost in transit, please rest assured we honor ALL orders and would send replacements. You NEVER have to have any concerns about this when purchasing through our shop.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
